We can fix your machine in-house, or roll up with tools in hand for on-site service. Think of us as vending EMTs — minus the sirens, plus some coffee.

Most parts are stocked and available with our Service Technician.
What are your repair/service rates?
Shop labor rates - $75.00 per hour
On-Site Repair Vendtek Labor Rates: (parts additional)
50 miles from Wixom - $150.00 for the service call + $75.00 per hour (1-hour minimum*).
51 - 80 miles from Wixom- $260.00 for the service call + $75.00 per hour (1-hour minimum*).
80+ miles from Wixom-$400.00 for the service call + $75.00 per hour (1-hour minimum*).
*After first hour we will bill in 1/4 hour increments.
Can I get Service Manuals?
Vending Repair / Machine Service Manuals are available for most manufacturers. Prices vary ($ 25.00 minimum charge). Contact us with the exact make and model.
